When will your package go out?
We know that you're keen to get your order as soon as
possible and your products are picked and packed as soon
as your order is received. Shipments leave the premises
no later than 8.00AM PST and will include all orders received
since 7.30AM the previous day.
Orders received after 7.30AM PST will be shipped from
the premises the next business day. Unless specially
requested, Saturday is not a business day.
International Shipping
USPS is our shipping vendor for all international orders.
They offer fast, reliable and value priced service.

for selecting USPS as your shipper of choice: |

This is only available to international
customers. |

Process your BMR order in the normal fashion. |

At the 1st checkout screen select:
"I am an international customer.
Please bill me USPS upon shipment. My shipping address
is below. " |

If you have a preference as to which USPS Service
you prefer, indicate this and any special requests
in the "Additional Information" box. Unless
otherwise instructed we will select the most appropriate
USPS service based on speed and package dimensions. |

Process the rest of your BMR order as normal –
the UPS shipping options will not appear. |
6 |
We will pack your products and contact you for
the payment of postage prior to shipping. |
