Okay, so we've reviewed a multitude of warranty contracts
and have decided to keep this simple - naturally we're
jazzed about the quality and functionality of our products
but let's face it, if our product is not for you then
not only are you not going to want it, we don't want to
force you to keep it.
The BMR Products Guarantee
But we all have to be fair - offering you an endless
returns policy would be just as silly as offering you
none, so, to this end, we feel that a 45 day money back
satisfaction guarantee is unusually fair - you could
ride all the way to Prudoe Bay and back in that time!
And that's if you simply can't stand the product. If
it breaks, now that's another matter - we'll definitely
fix it or make good the situation. So, we figure that
a 1 year replacement warranty against manufacturer defects
is fair and reasonable. We'll do whatever is necessary
and fair to get you back up to speed. In fact, if it
breaks after a year, we'd still like to know about it!
Regrettably, shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Returning Your Domestic Purchase
UPS is our domestic shipping partner. We ship all domestic orders thru UPS. If for whatever reason you decide to return your order and you have a UPS store or FedEx store re package the return item, your parcel will be 100% insured for damages in return shipment.
Returning Your International Purchase
1- USPS is our International shipping partner. We ship all International orders thru USPS. If for whatever reason you decide to return your order and you have a UPS store, or FedEx store, or country’s postal service repackage the return item, your parcel must be 100% insured for damages in return shipment.
2- If however you decide to return your item in the original BMR shipping box, and since reshipping in the original shipping box normally degrades box support and strength on its journey, you will be responsible for any shipping damages incurred with the returned BMR product.
3- We will inspect all returns to evaluate if the return is in resalable/new condition.
4- If the product is damaged we will let you know and send digital pictures to you to substantiate the damage.
5- If the return is not in resalable condition a 30% restocking fee will be applied to the return. Regrettably, the original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
6- If the return is in resalable condition you will receive a full refund minus your original shipping fee. Regrettably, the original shipping charges cannot be refunded.
7- BMR Products strongly recommend that you choose to pay for insurance for your return parcel and repackaging return shipping with UPS, FedEx or country's postal Service to avoid any extra cost to you, our customer if received by BMR in damaged condition, or missing parts from shipping box failure.
